Are you feeling anxious, stressed, upset, depressed, overwhelmed? Or perhaps you just have a vague sense that something isn’t right? That your problems aren’t ‘big enough’ for counselling but you are struggling along alone? Perhaps you have been bullied, bereaved, hurt? You might be feeling angry, isolated, sad, or even completely numb.
I offer a non-judgemental, supportive environment to work through your thoughts and feelings and live a life which is more fulfilling for you. You will have a calm and confidential space and time to identify changes you would like to make and develop the skills you want to maintain these changes.
I understand how difficult you might find it to talk about your deepest concerns, but also that you could find it liberating. Counselling is about you – knowing where you are, how you got there and the choices you can make to change things. Choices that may have seemed impossible before.
My rooms in Sittingbourne in Kent (which are wheelchair accessible) are close to the train station and town centre. I also work from a ground-floor room at my home, about a mile and a half from the centre of town.
