I offer counselling in two locations in Sittingbourne in Kent, both easily accessible.

I have clinical experience in a number of areas, including but not limited to:

  • Anxiety (particularly general anxiety disorder and social anxiety)
  • Isolation
  • Lack of confidence
  • Anger
  • Depression
  • Bereavement
  • Stress
  • Family breakdown / family issues
  • Bullying
  • Self image / body image
  • Self esteem

I have a particular interest in working with people with disabilities – particularly those with “invisible” neurological disabilities such as fibromyalgia, hypermobility, CFS/ME and chronic pain.  These illnesses are very real with numerous debilitating symptoms, but the mental and emotional impacts of living with these conditions can be worked with in counselling.

I have recently completed extra training in working with anger and rage, OCD, attachment theory, positive psychology, self harm, suicidal thoughts & feelings, living with chronic illness, working with people on the autistic spectrum, body image and compassion-focussed therapy for depression.

I have profiles on Counselling DirectoryCounselling Pages, Counsellors UKSeek A Therapy and the BACP directory.  I also have a Facebook page.
